Any total or partial representation of this site by any person whatsoever without the express permission of Wines and Wines of the World is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 and following of the Code of intellectual property .

The same applies to the databases, if any, on the website which are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing in the Intellectual Property Code the Directive of 11 March 1996 on legal protection of databases, and of which Women and Wines of the World is a producer.
